Case Study: Williams Institute Website Redesign
The Williams Institute website housed nearly 500 reports. But without clear organization, a robust search engine, or a responsive design, visitors struggled to find them. The design lacked vibrancy and high-quality images, and competing sections and graphic elements made the content difficult to digest.
For nearly two years, I worked with an outside design firm to redesign the Williams Institute website. Our goal was to improve the usability of the website by focusing on images, organization and interactivity. Yearly visitors to the website have jumped 144% since it launched in 2020.
